Hi everybody,

as stated at I want to inform you
this way about a new software that uses LCDproc:

OpenAPC is a flexible and scalable automation software that is able to
cover a wide range of tasks: simple visualisation, home-automation,
industrial automation and many other things like own user interfaces
and applications. All that can be done without the need to write
program code.

To communicate with the outer world OpenAPC uses Plug-Ins that are
able to access different external hardware to control it or to
retrieve information from it. Starting with version 0.4 OpenAPC now
also offers a LCDproc-Plug-In that gives the possibility to send data
to external displays that - of course - are controlled by LCDproc. So
this Plug-In is an LCDproc-client. The sources can be found within the
SDK. The software itself is also available for free. For more
information please visit

Kind regards

Jim Hart
