[Lcdproc] Shuttle XPC M1000 VFD

Solved! The vendor ID of the VFD reported by lsusb on my M1000 did not match
what was defined in the driver.
Simply changing #define SHUTTLE_VFD_VENDOR_ID from 0x051c to 0x1308 in
server/drivers/shuttleVFD.h and recompiling did the trick. LCDd now
recognizes the VFD and runs fine.
