I have committed the KOI8-R charmap. This should be useful on most Unix
platforms that LCDd runs on.

Please note that I still believe this is not a way to handle input to
LCDd in encodings other than ISO8859-1. Therefore I will neiver add
charmap selection code to our other driver's nor will I add charmap
tables for additional encodings.
