[Lcdproc] Matrix Orbital display registry

I have the following:

LCD2041 20x4 LCD serial interface. Works with Prolific Serial-USB as
well. No extra features.
core functions work with CVS.

LK202-25-GW-V 20x2 serial interface. Also works with Prolific
Serial-USB. No extra features.
core functions work with CVS.
