[Lcdproc] Non-Latin characters in LCDd.conf

As an FYI, if someone is keen to do a character conversion like this in a
client, the Lynx web browser has a pretty good 7-bit conversion table.
(I've contributed to it in the past.) That is, look up the Unicode
position, get an ASCII (possibly multi-char) representation to replace it
with.
