The use of HOST_NAME_MAX does not seem to be portable (see attached
build log). On FreeBSD HOST_NAME_MAX is deprecated.

One option on FreeBSD would be to use _POSIX_HOST_NAME_MAX which is
defined in <limits.h>.

BTW:
--disable-ethlcd does work well.
