[Lcdproc] LCDproc as sole interface to the system

It's only been tested on Cfontz hardware (to my knowledge), but that
portion of the patch is inside the server code, not the driver code, so
it should work on any hardware with supported buttons.=20

Awesome.

Just to make it clear (and pardon for the newbieness of the question)
but that's supposed to work with pretty much any display that has a
keypad? CWLinux 12232, Matrix Orbital BLK202A-GW, etc?
