autogen.sh shouldn't be part of the dist tarball.

For HEAD, I think it's safe to assume that migrating to current
autotools is OK. That means, whatever is in debian sid ;)

Welcome on board then.

- Make sure to respect the terms of the GPL as far as source code
modifications are concerned.
- Since we don't have a notification bot or anything, please drop
a short note to the list when making non-trivial changes.
- If in doubt about CVS always refer to http://cvsbook.red-bean.com/
or ask on the list.
- It's OK to break things temporarily in HEAD (code doesn't compile
or something), while that is not wanted in stable-0-4-x.
