Not any helpful content from me, but I do want to say that I appreciate you
working on this! I have a cfontz 633 that I've been itching to use, but alas
I am not a programmer (I'm an architect and I dabble in system and network
administration).

Today's Topics:

1. CFontz633 driver with temp probe & fan functions (Stewart W. Putnam)

Subject: [Lcdproc] CFontz633 driver with temp probe & fan functions

Hello,
I've never done anything with CVS before... I'm not even sure what
CVS is an acronym for...
I own a CrystalFontz 633. I put up some notes on what I've done
with it on their website:
http://www.crystalfontz.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2142 for
anyone's curiosity.
I downloaded the lcdproc CVS nightly tarball on 0823 and started
modifying the 633 driver to do things with fans and temperature probes.
I have something that reads new conf entries and (cleaned of many
printf debugging comments here) outs to syslog like:
LCDd version CVS-current-20040823 starting
Built on Sep 13 2004, protocol version 0.3, API version 0.5
Using Configuration File: /etc/LCDd.conf
Set report level to 4, output to stderr
Server running in foreground
Listening for queries on 127.0.0.1:13666
CFontz633: init(0x808ab88,)

So I'm wondering what to do next. How do I share it?
