That command is only valid for LCDd < 0.4.3.
So you need to translate that into your LCDd.conf

localhost should be the name associated with the IP 127.0.0.1
wich is you "loopback" network interface. Check /etc/host?
13666 is the port number used by LCDd when running and when
default. So it look like argument to vdr to tell it where to display.

PS: Completely out of topic: it is nice to learn about VDR and other project
just because they use LCDproc.
